between User (Applicant) and InsuranceHub.co.nz

In this agreement the term "User" means the person and/or company who is accessing the site and uses online application forms in order to arrange any type of insurance featured on this site.

In this agreement the term "Site" means this website InsuranceHub.co.nz.

In this agreement the term "Provider" means a insurance professional or insurance company who undertakes to arrange insurance on User's behalf, and includes brokers, banks, finance companies and all other financial institutions and insurance sources.

By using the Site, User agrees to be bound by this Agreement, Privacy Policy and other notices posted on the Site. InsuranceHub.co.nz and its suppliers provide the information and services on this Site to you, the User, on the condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

Nature of the service - Insurance referral service

InsuranceHub.co.nz is not a insurance provider and does not make decisions in connection with insurances. InsuranceHub.co.nz does not endorse or recommend the products of any particular Provider on InsuranceHub.co.nz. InsuranceHub.co.nz is not acting as an agent of either you, the User, or any participating Provider.

The services of InsuranceHub.co.nz are administrative and referral only. InsuranceHub.co.nz collects insurance applications and makes them available to the network of professionals registered with the website.

The User agrees to relay on their own judgment and use legal and other professional advice if required in deciding which available insurance product best suits User's needs and circumstances.

InsuranceHub.co.nz does not guarantee that the insurance terms or rates offered and made available by participating Providers through this Site are the best terms or lowest rates available in the market.

All application forms used on the Site are not official insurance application forms as used by the Provider. The application forms featured on the Site have the sole purpose of referring a prospective client to a prospective Provider. Each Provider will use their own documentation and forms to finalise the insurance agreement.

The Provider is solely responsible for its services to the User.

Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise for an insurance agreement commitment.

Our obligations to the Users (Applicants)

While we strive to deliver quality service to the applicants and to keep the information on this Site accurate, complete, and up-to-date, InsuranceHub.co.nz assumes no responsibility for any consequence caused directly or indirectly by any action or inaction that you take based on the information, services, or other material on this Site.

User's personal and contact information

You authorize InsuranceHub.co.nz to contact you at the phone numbers and email addresses that you provide on the application form and to provide your information to Providers.

You further accept that the Providers may require and will if required verify your details in order to complete your application.

You understand that Providers may keep this form, whether or not you are qualified for an insurance with them.
