TERMS OF SERVICE

between Provider and InsuranceHub.co.nz

In this agreement the term "Site" means this website InsuranceHub.co.nz.

In this agreement the term "Provider" means an insurance professional or an insurance company who/which undertakes to arrange insurance on Applicant's behalf, and includes brokers, banks, finance companies and all other financial institutions and insurance sources.

By using the Site, Provider agrees to be bound by this Agreement and other notices posted on the Site.

The nature of the service

The services of InsuranceHub.co.nz are administrative and referral only. The Site collects insurance applications and makes these application available to the Providers for further consideration and processing.

InsuranceHub.co.nz is not a insurance provider and does not make decisions in connection with insurance. InsuranceHub.co.nz does not endorse or recommend the products of any particular Provider on InsuranceHub.co.nz. InsuranceHub.co.nz is not acting as an agent of either Applicant or any participating Provider.

InsuranceHub.co.nz assumes no responsibility for any consequence caused directly or indirectly by any action or inaction that Applicant takes based on the information, services, or other material on this Site.

Accuracy of the information posted on InsuranceHub.co.nz

While InsuranceHub.co.nz strives to keep the information on this Site accurate, complete, and up-to-date, InsuranceHub.co.nz cannot guarantee and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

Our obligations to the Applicants

By posting an application on the Site an Applicant accept the Terms of service and authorises Providers to contact him at the phone numbers and email addresses provided on the application form and to process an application using industry standard procedures including credit checks when necessary.

The Provider is solely responsible for its services to the Applicant. InsuranceHub.co.nz shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected to Applicant's use of such services.

Online forms

Provider may use the application form received from InsuranceHub.co.nz for processing an application based on the acceptance of the fact that the application forms featured on the site have the sole purpose of referring a prospective client to a prospective Provider.

Each Provider will use their own documentation and forms to finalise the insurance agreement, including Privacy statements and other industry standard documentation.

Cost of the service

InsuranceHub.co.nz provides referral service as a free service to the Applicants. InsuranceHub.co.nz charges Providers fees for the right of using the Site's listings. The fees are published on the Site and subject to change.

Providers' personal information

InsuranceHub.co.nz collects Providers' personal and contact information via online registration forms with the purpose of contacting Providers with new insurance applications. InsuranceHub.co.nz reserves the right to approach Provider's business or employer to verify the correctness of the submitted information.
